SCHEDULING SPA Packages
Please call 856-985-2800 or use the contact
form to schedule services. We will need the number on your gift card
and your lunch choice at time of scheduling. We recommend scheduling your
spa package approximately three weeks in advance for weekdays and 4-6
for weekends to ensure availability for the date you desire.
SPA LUNCH MENU
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Salad Nicoise with Fresh Tuna, Hand carved
Turkey Breast, Fresh Fruit Platter with Cottage Cheese, Grilled Vegetables
on a bed of Salad Greens.
CONFIRMING SPA Packages
We attempt to confirm spa package appointments 24 hours in advance. If
you have not heard from us, kindly call 856-985-2800 the day before
your appointment to reconfirm your services.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time
to change or sit in our sauna to begin relaxing. Our spa coordinator
will assist any of your needs and guide you through your spa day. Robes,
wraps, towels, slippers, garment bags or lockers, personal toiletries
and refreshments are available for spa guests. Please limit or wear
no jewelry as you will be asked to remove it for all Spa services.
GIFT CARD CANCELLATIONS /
NO SHOW POLICY
Appointments may be rescheduled provided at least 24 hour notice is given.
If less then 24 hours notice is given, for any reason, your gift card
will be automatically compromised by 50%. If the appointment is not honored
and no notice was given, the gift card will become void.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the package, unless arrangements have been
made. The industry standard is between 15% to 20% of the service fee but
should always be a matter of choice. Gratuity envelopes are available
at the reception areas and may not be added to credit cards for cash back.
